The pad is rectangular and very curvy. You can flatten it out a bit if you need to, by pressing down hard on the top sides of the pad. It is the largest of the button styles, so it's a good choice if you like a lot of surface area for your bonding agent.
Pad is 4.3mm x 3mm surgical quality stainless steel with a screen on the bottom to grab your adhesive.
The 1" chain is 14k gold, attached to the button with a tidy 14k gold wire twist.
