This is a very popular style because of its small size and gentle curve. The chain is attached to the pad with an eyelet ring, making it easy to hold and place on the tooth. The Small Pad is rectangular, and lightly curved for surfaces other than cuspids, or for a lingual side.

- The Small Pad is 3.5mm x 3mm surgical quality stainless steel with a screen on the bottom to grab your adhesive.
- The 1" chain is 14k gold, attached to the pad with a small 14k gold eyelet loop on the top middle of the pad.
